If MJ didn’t take 2 years off, he could’ve won 12 straight scoring titles. Lebron has 1 scoring title with a way longer career. Now, who’s daddy and who’s the son?

This is only a debate for people that weren't born in the 90s and didn't get to witness the greatness that Jordan was. There's really no debate. I've watched them both throughout and there's no debate. Like everyone else, he's always behind Jordan.

Jordan lost his 60+ playoff game. In fact he got swept by Bird.

The only stat on that sheet that matters is rings and Finals losses.

Those stats are good for MJ. But why leave off assists and rebounds

LeBron is the red-headed step son in that comparison.

Folks who think there is no debate in either direction are a good litmus test for how biased you are.

Both dudes, along with Kareem, all have legit arguments as the GOAT. Failing to acknowledge that is just a bad look.

perfect example of someone who shouldn't even be in the debate bc most of you don't even know the facts. Jordan shouldn't have been gambling on NBA games. He shouldn't have gotten his father murdered.

all reminders that Michael Jordan is the biggest pos to ever go thru the nba. as selfish as any pro athlete ever. most of you hate lebron bc he's a dislikable person but love mj. mj was a far worse human being than lebron. wake me up when lebron gets his parent murdered.

You mean 80’s or earlier. If you born in ‘92, you’d be 5/6 yrs old for MJ last title.

It’s not really a debate because the league has changed significantly since Jordan’s time.

Scoring overall is up, meaning points de up for players in general. Playoffs shifted to all 7 game series whereas it use to be 5 game series in the first round before.

The East with LeBron for the hulk of his career was an utter joke. That is how he got to his first finals. Can’t say the same for Jordan.

Lebrons only title in the West came with the Mickey Mouse tournament.

LeBron has played 20 seasons. In his first 15 seasons (same number as Jordan played) he had half the titles, only 2 more title appearances, less points, less all-start appearances, lower career PER than Jordan, was a weaker on ball defender than Jordan, and has benefitted for shifting teams to get around having to work with what he had to win a title.

Jorda is hands down better. LeBron is a great player. He is simply not the greatest for playing more years than Jordan.
