odds are high there wasnt anyone on the jury that wasnt of a certain shade
there are some that feel if everything doesnt go the way they want it, it is because its whiteys fault, and someone needs to make him pay

It says it was a predominantly white jury. In New York that May have been worse than having an all black jury if you’re the defendant. Lots of white guilt up that way.
