Filters are cheap, change the filter. Top it off.
As for filters, a engine with a bad location filter. Use a filter cap, it fits over the filter, making it easy for removal. Just find out the filter it fits, buy a few filters as needed, keep them on hand.
I like my new truck, 10,000 between oil changes.

I run my 2017 between 10k-15k between changes too. I do pull some oil around 9k and send it to Blackstone for analysis.
