I would be fine with the following: all black people with family history being in USA since 1960 will receive 50% off their 1040 taxes due for life. Not any possible credit, only real funds due after all deductions for children, taxes, child care, property taxes, etc.
In essence it should create a desire to join the crowd that pays and works their arse off. The well to do black will buy into this for obvious reason.

Denied.

For the people you would need to inject a new desire to “work their arse off”, paying no tax is cheaper than paying tax. There would be no desire to pay in to only get half returned.

I still say we put it all into one lump sum and let those who want it go in Hunger Games style.

I am not fine with one penny paid to anyone for "reparations". It's a impossibly stupid idea. Giving money to someone that is generations removed from slavery accomplishes zero, other than reinforcing the shameful victim mentality many blacks have been conditioned to accept due to liberal social programs. Constantly telling someone they need handouts and laws forcing employers to hire people based on color sends the message they aren't good enough because of their skin color and they are owed something.
Reparations only add fuel to that fire. It's really sad to see those black folks still pandering to "the man", no wonder that culture produces so much negativity. It's broken and money won't fix it.

There's more to this and there's some nuance, but my stance on this is essentially to follow the words of Frederick Douglas:
What I ask for the Negro is not benevolence, not pity, not sympathy, but simply justice…

Everybody has asked the question, and they learned to ask it early of the abolitionists, “What shall we do with the Negro?”

I have had but one answer from the beginning. Do nothing with us! Your doing with us has already played the mischief with us. Do nothing with us!

If the apples will not remain on the tree of their own strength, if they are worm eaten at the core, if they are early ripe and disposed to fall, let them fall! I am not for tying or fastening them on the tree in any way, except by nature’s plan, and if they will not stay there, let them fall.

And if the Negro cannot stand on his own legs, let him fall also. All I ask is, give him a chance to stand on his own legs! Let him alone!...

Let him fall if he cannot stand alone!...

If you will only untie his hands, and give him a chance, I think he will live.

Ol' Anthony Johnson, a black man who was an indentured servant, became a property owner upon his release from servitude. Soon after, when one of his indentured servants was to be released, Ol' Anthony Johnson, a black man, sued to keep his black indentured servant. Ol' Anthony Johnson won.

Ol' Anthony Johnson, a black man, was the first slave owner in the land now known as the USA. Will his decendants have to pay or be paid reparations?

Anthony Johnson

I think I got it.

Eliminate the gold standard -> print fiat currency with abandon -> spur on the inflation that creates with questionable economic policies, then double down and print more fiat currency to “solve” inflation -> denounce the primary industry that props up our fiat currency internationally -> dollar collapses, inflation keeps rising -> put Harriet Tubman on the US billion dollar note -> hand out Tubbies one at a time to eligible recipients

No. There is no need to 'negotiate' with terrorists.
