For those that are convinced that DeSantis is some globalist GOPe, RINO, please point to a specific policy that would infer this.

The whole "yeah but so and so supports him" is an incredibly weak argument to suggest that DeSantis is a controlled globalist considering his entire policy history as governor of Florida. So, convince the smart people that look at substance that DeSantis is a big government type based on his policies.

Keep in mind, you were the same ones saying DeSantis is also too conservative and that he's a "loser" because a big named backer didn't support him.

Desantis will come into focus the more the spotlight is put on him. Trump will sling mud and the truth will stick. Then we will have to decide to vote for Trump or lose the country

Don't obfuscate. Present facts. His entire career is out in the open and not one of you can present 1 single policy by DeSantis that suggests he's a globalist. Prove me wrong.

Don't cop out with the "you'll see". That's stupid.

He loves Paul Ryan and Paul Ryan loves him.

Do we need more Paul Ryan types in the GOP?

Cool, give me a policy. Just 1 policy.

Why can't you do that?

Just like with Trump, who he surrounds himself with and who comes out in support of him is pretty dang important...

entire policy history as governor of Florida.

You do realize he has a voting record in Congress as well, right?

Cool, who has he surrounded himself by? Who in his government or on his campaign are you talking about specifically? I'm not talking about some person that likes him that has no input on his future policies. What person and which policies did that person specifically convince DeSantis to adopt that was "globalist"?

Governor of a state for 6 years is more impactful than voting on bills. Name a policy, even in Congress.

We already have.

Voted to fast track TPP. That in itself is enough.

OP, there have been 10 threads yesterday explaining why Meatball Ron is a swamp creature.

Career politician who never held a private job, voted hand in hand with Mitch in Congress for 5 years, funded by establishment donors and supported by establishment.

All that needs to be said. Do you want me to chew it up and spit it in your mouth?

OP you'll get a lot of "we already told you!" responses but very few substantive ones

And none that acknowledge the person leading these attacks is more establishment, more globalist, more big government, more centrist in every way.

I'd prefer you present a policy and not be chickenshit with "it's already been said before".

He’s not any of those things but Cult 45 needs to go through their metaphorical death throes before giving up and he’s in the way, so any and all scorched earth tactics from L. Don Hubbard must be embraced by sea Org.

This is the first valid argument from your side. So that's 1 policy made in 2015 he voted to fast track. I do not agree with that either.

Do you think his subsequent years as Governor define him more than this one event in Congress? Or should we be defined by singular events? Yes, there is a gotcha to this question.

We have. I did. You just ignore and claim people have not presented anything.

Where did I contend he has surrounded himself with anyone at this point, my response was to the "it doesn't matter" comment... It does matter who he surrounds himself with just like it matters who Trump does...

So, if he toes the line in Congress then he magically erases all of that by being governor? You don't get to pick and choose, just like Trump folks don't get to pick and choose...

The only thing that sticks out to me from his time in Congress was the TPP... Other than that he looks like he has a pretty solid, conservative record which is something that you should tout and a congressional record that Trump doesn't have...
