Closing South Beach they only moved the problem to another area of Miami. Lockdowns, travel restrictions are not a solution if not well coordinated.

Everyone acting like he's some kind of hero for lifting the restriction that HE, HIMSELF, ordered.... he imposed lockdowns, and he was the guy who determined which areas restrictions were lifted from, and when. MIami Dade and Broward were the longest held under RDS lockdowns...
