I will watch it every time I run across it, even if there's only 2 minutes left. It is tied with Holy Grail as the most quotable movie in my opinion.
Every line is perfect and hysterical.
A couple lines after that, when Gale and his brother get the cash and are running out of the Hayseed bank, Gale yells "anybody bipedal in 5 wears his arse for a hat!"
Who writes that???? It's goddamn brilliant.
