We checked out Maryville and Farragut a couple of months ago. I really liked those areas.

What was appealing there? I have seen it on my map searches.

Before we visited, we watched many videos on YouTube.
We are looking south of Knoxville with mountain views and areas that are conservative and very low crime.

They are two of the closer suburbs... good schools, low crime, plenty of amenities. Your wife would find easy work as both have hospitals.

If you don't have kids, you lose a main appeal, plus you aren't going to find any cheap land in Farragut or close to Maryville proper.
