90% of the population is not going to put in the work, and that's just a fact. Once you accept that, the preferable option is for a pill vs. clogging up our health system with obesity-related health issues. Mounjaro and drugs like it are a huge positive for society.

This is sort of my feeling on it. But I think that a lot of people won't put in the work. But also on the flip side, some people really are trying and are struggling.
