I've always maintained that Pokey and Bob were greatly outcoached in that game. They had no strategy whatsoever for that 3-2 zone Kim employed in the second half..........................

And I think they lost to DUKE the following season In similar fashion. Still crazy to me that team didn’t win a championship.

Her dad went to ga tech and she is a legacy recruit and it's highly likely that's where she will end up

Yep, Matt. Good player, played in the NBA with the Jazz. Her older brother (Class of ‘24) picked up a football offer from Ga Tech.

Joyce Edwards will be in BR for her official visit starting tonight. Other 26 and 27 recruits probably won’t be in till later

I may get downvoted but I still feel Edwards is a long shot to get to leave the state (much like Williams last year) but unlike Mikaylah Edwards is going on all her official visits.
Picking 2 of the 3, give me Strong and Koval. Koval is a 5, Strong/Edwards both play the 4 but Strong is a much more complete player but any of them would enhance any program.
Hoping LSU gets Strong and Koval, need to at a minimum get 1 of them

Redus mentioned after the season he was going for the best class ever of the combination below. But I believe this is how it will end up:
Jaloni Cambridge - Ohio State
Joyce Edwards - South Carolina
Kate Koval - Notre Dame
Sarah Strong - LSU
I think the dust has settled a bit. And the staff will obviously fight to get these commitments. But they won’t end up with the Superstar class they hoped for. And they will add through the portal. I hope I’m wrong btw.

Its entirely possible anything they could strike out, anything can happen but I have faith they will find a way to snag at least 2. Even if they don't get the class exactly how they want it. LSU as of now will have the last visit for Jaloni Cambridge just days before NSD so something they have in their favor.
Like I mentioned before, Rosario visited LSU in early September last year, she visited TN for a 2nd time after her LSU visit and finished her last official visit to SC in late October before announcing her commitment to LSU. It may not end up happening that way again this year but Strong/Koval not committing immediately isn't a deal breaker. Top 5 recruits are going to take their visits and take their time, they are that sought out for and are jewels of the recruiting class, hence you won't see their decisions closer to NSD... after they finish their visits scheduled.
Until then is a waiting game unfortunately. I believe they will still see Koval/Strong soon for another in home visit. Joyce is visiting this weekend, Cambridge won't be until November

also it appears LSU/Me'Arah Oneal are not really talking anymore. No official visit lined up this fall unless things change last minute. So its Strong/Koval or bust

Oh wow. I don't even want to think about the possibility of LSU striking out on all these prospects coming off a natty and the buzz around the program right now. I thought O'Neal would be in this class for sure.

LSU's only 24 class official visit list is Strong, Koval, Edwards and Cambridge. 4 of the top 5 seem a bit ambitious but got to strike on at least one of them.
If not thats a pretty big whiff with HVL/Reese rumored to be leaning towards going pro next year despite the 5th year. Obviously they will get good players from the portal but Strong/Koval really are a need and program changing recruits.

It’s hard to imagine any of these girls going pro until they absolutely have to. With the recent popularity of the women’s game and the NIL opportunities these women are attracting, it’s going to be a hard decision to walk away from that. I am sure many of the NIL opportunities will follow but the WNBA popularity seems to pale in comparison right now to the college women’s basketball game.
