I get the concern about releasing it to us (and it will eventually leak but I'll never believe that they're not sharing it with other police agencies. They have to be sharing with at least the Feds

If the manifesto is a blueprint for mass shootings at schools then you would think they would share the info with police departments across the country so they can execute countermeasures

Well of course the feds have had the information, who do you think told them not to share it.
