Pearson and Kling as the corner OF
This! Absolutely this. The reason RF has been a struggle all year, is because no one has been given the chance to get comfortable at the plate. They strike out or popup and they get pulled. Let Kling and Pearson play without fear of getting pulled and they will both start producing at the plate and you will have solid defense on the corners.
Of course this does create another issue. What do you do with Jones? It's kind of ironic that Jones' bat is what is causing outfielder issues.

Unless Jones really starts to struggle offensively, he’ll be in the lineup. And he’ll be at 1B. He’s bigger and more athletic than Beloso, so that makes him the better option there. This also gives you the best overall offensive lineup, because of the inconsistencies this year from Jobert, Kling and Pearson. You can’t take Beloso or Jones out of the lineup in favor of one of those three guys. You just can’t. So that means Beloso and Jones will occupy 1B and DH. As another poster said, it’s on the infielders to make good throws.

This is patently false. Pearson has been given plenty of opportunities to earn more playing time. He’s had 97 plate attempts this season.
