The Catechism is as clear as Genesis WRT to God's creation of Man and Woman.
As for this particular parish, I didn't read the whole article, but, the part I read says that this exhibit was displayed without proper authority.

I found an article by the New York Post that had this at the end: "The Vatican believes that gender is assigned at birth and opposes gender reassignment, but concedes that the view of the transgender community can vary from parish to parish."
I understand the biblical teaching on creation (God made man male and female), but my concern would be if it's deemed acceptable to allow the promotion of transgenderism or any LGBTQ+ teaching or promotion in a parish, which it seems like this one in New York has done for a long time.
