2 possibly, 3 more games.

Rich Rod is out if they lose to tOSU and the UM is going to come calling. 50% of UM fans wanted him, now the vast majority want Miles bad.
They want there "balanced" football in Ann Arbor.

Then what guys? Stop all the negativity

the reason he will not bring a nfl caliber d coor is because he wants total control, he wants to be the DECEIDER. I am not saying he is insecure. But he seems like the type that does not want to bump heads with people that know more then him. Fisher gone. Pelini gone. Crowton may be different in that they have a special relationship. He is stuborn and has it in his mind that he CAN make this work.

bomb away.

Les is a very good coach but it is time for him to make some changes on his staff.IT is his job to right the ship and I don't mean win every game but we have look lost at times.Thats coaching so if some of your staff is not getting it done it time to let them go AKA def cord.IF your not willing to make the change then you must go.

How do you know what the Michigan fans want? And Hot Rod is not getting canned after one season.

That is about as far from the mark as can be. WTF
Pelini left for a head coaching job, Jimbo left to wait on Bobby Bowden either retiring or dying on the sideline (god forgive me )If anything Les with his hirings has proven he will seek the best he can find. He kept Pelini for the championship and started his search a little to late to get the top d coordinators in college,( by the way Pro coordinators just do not leave the pros every chance they get.) Your point has little to do with reality

I like Les and what he brings to the table. I am a big Lee supporter as well. BUT, I think there are better coaches out there and LSU would be in great shape with some big names if/when he would decide to leave.

I agree with this. Les has done a great job since he has been here. In fact it’s hard to argue any other coach could or would have done a better job. I do think his hiring of anew DC is paramount to his future success or eventual demise.
