And I’m not pointing to guns being the sole issue. The gun violence problem here is the convergence of multiple factors - poor crime enforcement/punishment, mental health, economic woes, easy access to guns, etc. All of those factors should be on the table for targeting when the debate comes up.

What law or regulation would stop a 18-21 year old with a clean record from walking into a store and buying a gun?
It’s very easy to play the vague “gun regulation” card with no specifics. The fact is that any attempt to chip away at the 2A has the intent to remove them completely.
