Not that you're trying to be misleading intentionally, but this is a misleading stat. The percentage of divorced people per 1,000 married people has dropped, but so has the overall population of married people overall. People are not getting married, but marriage has a very high correlation with overall financial success, among other benefits that would likely help young people "get ahead".
