Field run are fine but should be cheaper. I prefer a medium crawfish vs selects.

Often times field run are field run minus selects and that is not acceptable, those should be peelers or smalls.

Mediums do always seem to peel better and they seem to take the seasoning better than selects. Plus you get more mediums per pound.
