He wasn't real good at catching, running or blocking, but aside from that, he was a body on the line.

He had a really bad Covid year (I think he dealt with an injury for the early part), but he caught 18 of 22 targets (81.8% catch rate) with 0 drops and a nice YAC average last season. Obviously, he deserved to get passed on the depth chart by Juwan, but you can't fault Trautman for thinking he did well enough with his opportunities last season to want to try to get more playing time elsewhere.

Good. He was garbage and won’t see much playing time in Denver either because Greg Dulchich is way better than he is too.

Good Riddance. Trainman was absolute garbage since he got here. We traded a bunch to get him and he was awful his entire tenure. He is a terrible blocker and a worse receiver. Him asking for a trade is comical. He is lucky to be in the league.

On another note, Mickey Loomis is the worst negotiator in the NFL. Every team salivates when they see 504 pop up on the caller ID. He gets fleeced every time we trade. EVERY TIME without fail, we overpay. Stop trading our draft capital.
