Watch the game on TV. There is nothing good that comes out of a 1-year-old being at a baseball game. It makes everyone around the child miserable, the dad can't fully focus on the game, the lights and sounds definitely aren't good for the kid and there's the microscopic chance of a foul ball
Agreed. I have a son who is just about to turn 2. I can't wait to take him to some games, but I don't see doing this until he is 6-7 minimum. If I'm going to the game, it's going to be to watch the game. I can do that on my recliner, while he runs around the house much more comfortably.

The whole point of bringing your kid to a game is to make a memory... for your kid.
