The groomers are predominantly trans or queer and have unresolved childhood trauma. That last bit is important, as that's contributing to their hatred of the identity that they were born with and grew up with and their urge to normalize what they've become.
It's the same psychological need to escape from their own identity that drives SOME gay men to speak with a heavy lisp (you know the type...they talk AT you and not TO you.).
The psychological urge to revert back to childhood settings and gain acceptance in that setting is what causes groomers to seek out careers that keep them closer to children. It's what makes them obsessed with youth oriented films and theme parks. And yeah, the childhood trauma element (particularly sexual trauma) also contributes to pedophilia in gay or straight people, men or women. That includes female teachers that are flirting with and even sleeping with their underaged students.
Long story short....we can't discriminate against people for something that they MIGHT be based on what might have happened to them as children. But we have to protect the children from predatory adults nonetheless. Curbing discussions on sexuality and protecting kids from this onslaught of groomer behavior is probably one of the only things Louisiana will do right in education for a long time. This state screws a lot of things up. But I guess a broken clock is right twice a day.
Don't care if you disagree either. Most of us don't really respect the outrage (real or fake) from those of you who play the moral relativism game. Protecting children is always going to be the right thing to do for us.
You have articulated this very well. It puts all of this in a very clear perspective. It is all about feelings that unfortunately sometimes are very wrong.
