Guns and Gadgets Video

Opinion (paraphrased):

The question is whether or not a bumpstock is a machiine gun part. Due to the ambiguities on what defines a machine gun, the lack of action from Congress to clean up those ambiguities, and the ATF going back and forth, the rule of lenity basically forces the judges to rule in favor in the People.

Seems like the same logic should apply to braces and forced reset triggers.

Any logical person could see that a piece of plastic to rest your finger on is not a machine gun. But alas our government is not run by logical and moral people

SO....the bumpstocks I hoarded are now worth less? I put them back when they were banned because I knew I could get top dollar for them.
