Everyone will tell you Speed Queen here. They must build them in Baton Rouge or sponsor LSU.

Electrolux has been the best we've had. We have a front loader and had no issues in 3 years.

No, they are recommended because their build quality is excellent, they last a long arse time, you can actually fill the tub full of water and open/close the lid (with a clothes pin trick) while it's running without it stopping.

My family washes the damn blue hell out of clothes and our Speed Queen's are the only thing I've owned that works and doesn't break down.
