Another dumbass football fan who judges baseball by the same standard.

Baseball is a game of bounces that sometimes don’t go your way. That’s why many games are played to determine the best.

The majors play 162 games. World Series winners like the Astros lose multiple times to last place teams and teams with losing records. Do Astros fans panic and melt like this board after every loss to the Pirates?

I know for some Astros fans, that might not be the best example but the point is, most long term MLB and college baseball fans understand how a season plays out—and it ain’t like football.

The Astros won 106 games last year, which is a lot in MLB. That winning percentage translates in 7.85 wins in a 12 game season. You simply can not view wins and loses in a sport like baseball to one where you only play 12 games. A sport like football where a better team can simply overpower a smaller team to one that requires a unique and difficult skill like hitting a baseball
