Curious on the thoughts about Ghost.
Based on the label, they seem fairly “clean” outside of some preservatives.
Surely no worse than most food we eat.

Are there any actual good studies on preservatives and why they are "bad"?

I like Ghost and C4. I wish it had the old school C4 pre workout. I just bought an 8 pack of Update based on a Ben Greensfield recommendation. I’ll see how that goes.

I don’t think this would be considered a ‘clean’ product. I’m not drinking anything that with anything bolded below.
