I haven’t found one better than the little packs at the take out place. I usually just grab a ton of those.

Most Chinese places make their own. Not sure what the shelf life on it would be if you are trying to keep it at your house.

It's surprisingly easy to make - It's just powdered mustard and water.

Yes, that's all it is.

Chinese Mustard

some Mustard powder
some water

Mix until smooth.

They just don't seem to have the same kick as they used to. I'm looking for something in a jar, that I can keep refrigerated. I bought some KA-ME on Amazon but it's not hot at all.
