Already decided. Dominion wins with considerably reduced damages. The ruling will validate the election results. Dog and pony show concluded. Fox continues on as controlled media opposition.

Not to familiar with it all but apparently the Judge has already determined they lied, so fox people can't try and clear up context for the jury. If they do, the judge said she will tell the jury that they are lying. Not sure how the judge can determine that without it being determined in court by a jury.

Even to the point that if they are asked questions about certain things, and say opposite of what the judge has determined, they could be accused of perjury.

Not sure if any of this is correct, but something I heard in the background and not familiar enough to know for sure. Hope someone knows better to clear it up.

This is the only realistic outcome, because otherwise there would be far too much bloodshed resulting. Remember John Roberts yelling at the other SC justices about the mayhem that would result if they ruled the wrong way on the last election?

It does not help when a judge decided the case for the jurors and the jurors only have to decide how much to pay. The judge also limited Fox’s avenues for a defense.

So essentially the judge is railroading the case in Dominion’s favor.

So much for that discovery can be a bitch. The only one that got hammered by it was Fox.

Before all the suits started flying, Rupert should have started a shell company and quietly purchased Dominion and quashed the suit.

I was reading somewhere that Dominion was valued at under a hundred million dollars, but they are trying to argue that it is valued at over 700 million. They are suing for 1.6 billion in damages. I don’t know how can an attorney with a straight face say that they have been damaged to that level.

How many government contracts were cancelled between the election and now?
