You bet. In this particular instance, and this is a biggie, countless instances pretty much every day, and not often straying from common wording, is the idea that the “Trump cultists” are simply parrot exactly what Trump’s on at the time, and furthermore often change their change in their “parroting” if Trump tells them to. I mean, it’s so blatantly over the top that of course it’s an untrue claim, evidenced by the extreme level of exaggeration.

“Cultists only following orders of their leader.” Of course common sense dictates that there is obviously crossover in views and opinions on a variety of topics, as such is the nature of supporting a political figure whose “job” it is to compose and implement same. But that’s taken and bastardized to a cartoonish extent **as is conjured in the minds of the accusers”.
