*The religious right still bringing losses to the party. The 1849 law does not fit at all in a swing state. No matter what one's personal beliefs are.

Even so called deep red/conservative states have exceptions. Wisconsin appears to be really a conservative state that is motivated to vote blue due to some out of date laws on the books.
