That’s how I did it dipped for 4 years then smoked for 6. Started dipping at 14 and smoking when I was 18. Stopped at 24 then started again when I was 29. It wasn’t because I was craving them, I just wanted to smoke again because the bar I go to is a smoking bar and it’s something to do. Then just stopped this past January cold Turkey again after smoking a pack a day+ for the last 3 years. Sure it sucks the first 2 weeks but it’s not THAT tough. Again, just don’t buy them and you can’t do it. It’s mental.

I’ll tell you the hardest thing for me is all the guys I work with dip. So every day I walk into the office and I smell it in the air and damn if I can’t help myself
