Ferti-Lome makes a centipede fertilizer which is a 15-0-15 analysis. Check their website to find a retailer near you. I don’t know if Lowes or Home Depot has a specific centipede fertilizer. If you can’t find one, look for one with a low first number, and an even lower second (or middle) number because centipede likes phosphorus even less than nitrogen.
