You would also have to throw in immigration, a lot of them come with pre existing issues, and poor health habits. The life expectancy of those countries is less than the US bending the curve down as more enter.

The US has over 50 million foreign born individuals (the ones we know of) making it the highest in the world. I dont assume.....
