Stretching/Mobility Programs?

Does anyone run a mobility program alongside their strength training?
Tired of feeling stiff and don’t want to be this way forever. I try to do a little bit of mobility work per day, but just like strength training… I want someone to tell me exactly what to do similar to PPSA.
Has anyone had success increasing their mobility and how much has it improved your life? Any program recommendations?

Yes. Makes you feel better physically and more relaxed. Go download the Yoga for Beginners app and start w/ their simple programs. Once you get a feel for which poses work best, you can create your own program. I do about 24 minutes a day after lunch.

I used the GOWOD app for a while and enjoyed it. Was only $10/month. There are several apps.

I use Strava's Recover app.

Just reactivated Piability (formerly ROMWOD) last night. I liked ROMWOD, but it's expensive now at $18/mo. They have a ton of videos. Plus they have an app for my phone and Apple TV
