It's possible.

Also, if the USD lost its reserve status we'd get a lot poorer and couldn't afford to buy Chinese goods, which would send them on a spiral. US and China spiraling would drag down everyone else in the world.

China knows that. If they take us down they go down with us.
We both go down so does the rest of the world. So we will get propped up a while longer.

The CCP believe they will be the last ones standing, notice I didn’t say the Chinese people…..America First will fight this shite until the end and we may lose because there are a lot of clueless Americans and a lot of Americans who still believe in fundamental transformation…..essentially the enemies within.

Except that we produce most of our energy and are a net exporter of food. China is the world's largest importer of both. We'd feel a pinch. They'd have a famine.
