Dude, did teachers suddenly not have to pay taxes themselves in your world?
What about that wonderful pension they receive? You think it funds itself? Nah, bruh; they put 10% of their gross pay into that thing every month.
A teacher, making 48k/year, after all is said, done and paid, takes home approximately 2500/month.
The apartment I rented on Buddy Ellis Road while building my house was $1300/month (2 bedroom). $1200/month left over in that budget.....
