With the support of Trump, I think so. He showed some great leadership rallying the Covidians in congress. It's unfortunate he was on the wrong side then.

Oh, okay. It was Trumps leadership that rallied a Democrat controlled congress. They were always so amenable to his leadership and proposals throughout his Administration. That explains it. Thanks.
