Billy Napier does this all the time and it pisses me off. Makes whatever he is saying come out with a lot less confidence.

So does Drew Brees....it's sales speak to try to get your audience to come to your way of thinking, but it sounds weak and gets old just like anything else that's repeated ad nauseum.

Brian Kelly uses it every once and awhile. It does not piss me off or get me aggravated.
