Maybe you're right. Maybe you don't have to prove intent for it to become a criminal act. It's entirely possible that Trump could be charged for doing something he had no knowledge of.

People think billionaires live like normal people. They don't they hire people to do things for them and so they can enjoy their wealth. People don't understand - remember when his tax returns were going to be so bad - like he is sitting there doing his taxes.

I'm telling you right now IF the grand jury in NYC comes back with an indictment, it will deal almost exclusively with the repayment-reimbursement portion of the behaviors. Those repayments will be from a company Trump owns, too.
