If this failed due to having plenty enough signatures but not being turned in on time... that is peak NOLA.

Especially if they spent their time planning a brass band and celebrating rather than going back and getting the other signatures.
Waiting to see Bayou mama bears comment on this. Best part of social media lately is seeing those comments.
