The lefties they threw at us was something to behold. Don’t know about the talent of other teams, but surely Aggies had the market cornered on lefties, and knew it was a problem for our hitters. They had good Intel, and the shift worked for them, many times, while we shifted and it worked against us. They had almost every advantage, and barely prevented a sweep….have to look at the positives

It’s another new thing for SEC play. They are studying the ball tracker. Much tighter zones, and it will be that way in SEC play.

Weird zone for sure. Watching on tv several pitches I would call strike and jump said ball and Vice versa. He called some questionable strikes.

Umps didn’t help any pitchers all weekend.

I agree with this but a lot of pitches were no where near a zone even if there was an established one. The pitching was meh all around after Skenes
