Why does Eason look so much more polished than Dyson despite Dyson playing in the G League?

Bc Eason was the top Dawg on a decent college team. If he didn’t score or play well, his team didn’t win.
Dyson was a 4th option on some shitty arse g league team. If he didn’t play well. It didn’t really matter. No fans. No pressure. Little incentive to win.
Also, Eason and everyone on the Rockets gets to play with no pressure. Also, personalities. I don’t think Eason is in his head. He just plays loose and attacks. Dyson seems like he’s worried about playing perfect.

I think the early results of the G League are that it has largely failed in its thesis that it can create an alternatively equal or better developmental pipeline for otherwise college players.
By and large It seems every year the highly touted G League guys come out and there are major deficiencies and developmental delays in their games that have them behind their equivalent college peers.
Jalen Green is sort of the lone standout and even he is arguably developmentally behind most of his top 8 peers and has surprisingly been a fairly inefficient shooter. When that was supposed to be his calling card
