1: In cahoots with Russia to steal the 2016 election. The DOJ investigated this for three years, put multiple people in jail for process crimes like 13 year old tax evasion, but Trump came out clean.
2: Paid off a whore. Investigated. Cleared. Round two coming now.
3: Incited an insurrection. Facts show he asked the protesters to make their voices heard, but remain peaceful.
4: Election tampering because of the Raffensperger phone call. It was an hour long with a dozen lawyers on the phone, he wanted a real audit, not a recount, said he only needed 13k votes, but that doesn't amount to a crime, it's an illustration of how urgent it was to audit the GA election. If he had lost by 100,000, then what's the point of an audit. When you lose by 13k in a state of 11 million people, that's razor thin, and worthy of an audit. No formal charges so far, for the alleged crime of asking a secretary of state to audit an election. Just like the dems insisted in Florida in 2000.
