I signed it. As a law enforcement officer myself, I'd never agree to take part in taking these people's family pet - against the law or not.
I'd tell my superiors that I showed up to the address and the owners confirmed that the pet had passed away a couple days ago, sorry not sorry.
This is just wrong. Who cares if it's typically against the law to have a nutria, this is a clear case where an exception should be made
