I have a rocket pot which works using similar tech. They legit work.
They used to sell aluminum versions that were super cheap, in line with other aluminum boiling pots. It’s a no brainer to get one if you can find an aluminum one.

I've got 4, some are for 3-4 sacks, some boil 15 sacks.
They are a game changer for sure. Todd, the owner, is really smart.
