What if this was about a recall of the governor? Every single judge in the state would be in this mess.

She probably should have disclosed but she signed a settlement offer. She didn't make a ruling.

I guess since it's just Orleans Parish maybe they could bring in a judge from outside the parish to handle this.

What rule/ethics could have been broken?

Does a judge have to reveal who they voted for before ruling on a matter that involves an elected official?
