USC 1979

Tigers had one of the greatest USC teams of all time on their heels until the end of the game

lsu-ole miss 1986. 21-19. browndyke misses about a 25 yarder has time expires. hit 4 earlier that day. wendall davis had a helluva a game. had like 12 catches for 150 yds.

I believe it was 1998 UGA game in TS. LSU was ranked 6th in the nation, and this ended up being the start of the end for Gerry D. All that aside it was great game UGA won 28-27, with a great performance from Quincy Carter.

Even though LSU lost, it was a well-played game on both ends. I really disagree with last week's game being the "best" because LSU gave the game away, at least against UGA in 98 it was well-played game

Tough to call. Was last week's game really better than those games at Jourdan-Hare in '04 and '06?

No. Not even close. This past Saturday's game was not good football. Very sloppy.

also, orange bowl in 82. if clay parker would've punted the ball instead of muffed the snap, we would've won the game.

A New Years Day bowl game against Nebraska in the Orange Bowl 1970. LSU should have won this game.
It was a gut wrenching loss. 17-12
Nebraska had some big names, but the Tigers played them for 4 quarters. I am sure Nebraska was #1 that year.
