It's crazy how fast planes and armor advanced from WW1 to WW2

WWI showed that war by air was going to be important to prepare for. Thank Doolittle and his contemporaries for the speed of innovation.

Just think in 100 years people are going to be amazed that we had to have humans inside bombers.

True. Heck, its crazy how many advancements were made in the roughly 6 years of the second world War. There were still biplanes in service for many countries at the start of the war and the Germans had jets by the end.
