Do you care to cite this scripture where the bible states this? I'm going to need the book, chapter and verse please.

Luke 17:7-10 is the parable of the master and the servant, now are you done being a fricking snowflake?

“Which one of you having a servant tending sheep or plowing will say to him when he comes in from the field, ‘Come at once and sit down to eat’? Instead, will he not tell him, ‘Prepare something for me to eat, get ready, and serve me while I eat and drink; later you can eat and drink’? Does he thank that servant because he did what was commanded? In the same way, when you have done all that you were commanded, you should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we’ve only done our duty.’”

So yea, so that's the full passage you just mentioned. No where in this passage does it state what the coach stated. Nowhere in the bible does it state, "there is always master and servant". So no, the coach did not directly quote the bible.

He may have been trying to paraphrase or reference scripture, but he did not do so correctly.
