The master servant thing is dumb and as long as he can cite the quote he'll be fine but if he actually spit on a player and told him he could do it whenever he wants he should be fired.

There is a big difference in between getting hit with some spittle while someone is talking excitedly and someone hawking up a loogie then spitting on you. I don't think the first one is a big deal and the speaker might not even know it happened, it isn't intentional. If that's all that happened (which is most likely the case) then it shouldn't be a big deal. I just don't see any man, no matter the circumstances, letting the 2nd go and it not causing a fight..
