Because last year he looked like a genius for getting Trey, Jose, Herb, WG and then all of them willing us to the play in and then the playoffs.

WG had us as the 1 seed with Zion until he got hurt. I’m not saying Griff isn’t to blame for some of the roster decisions he’s made while here and he took a lot of flak for them as well as the coaching hires. WG needs to take some of the heat for the lack of adjustments but let’s wait and see how the rest of the season plays out. There’s no reason why we have the same group of guys and can’t float around .500 or slightly better. Some of that is CJ and BI being hurt (and of course Zion) but it’s also guys either having a sophomore slump or simply not being as good as we thought they were. If this happens again next year, THEN you blame Griff

Right now this is on WG and the players

I know I’m beating a dead horse here, but the difference in last years lineup and this year’s, sans Zion, was Coach Green was playing, flawed or not, Hayes in the front-court. Even if they want no parts of Hayes Pels should have went more Nance/Val minutes after Zion was injured.
