I weigh 214 at 6’1.5” and am 70. Granted dropping 10 pounds knocks some off of my waist, however, my ideal weight would be 160-174 which makes me rail thin after dropping about 40 pounds.
I was 160 at 17 yrs old and was considered pretty skinny by peers. Oh well.
